More news on Agarest 2 & Devil Survivor: Overclocked
Hi Everyone. I hope everyone who ordered it from us has been enjoying Agarest: Generations of War 2. The Deluxe & Collector’s Editions went through our system so fast that we never really got the chance to check them out ourselves (Although we did manage to get a few photos :)). We’ve already had some great feedback from gamers who are enjoying the game. Sales have been really good for this game and we had in fact completely sold through our first print run, even before launch. However fear not as you can still find Agarest 2 on various online retailers but you might have to hurry as some of them have also completely sold out of the game too.
We’ve also been looking for other ways of making this fantastic game available to you all and I can now reveal that Agarest: Generations of War 2 will be coming to PSN here in Europe alongside the previously announced Agarest: Generations of War Zero.
We’ve also had quite a few questions about the DLC for Agarest: Generations of War 2. Most of the DLC has been approved but there are some elements which are causing us some headaches. We are working furiously with Idea Factory to prepare a patch for the game which will fix the DLC issue :)
We’ve also been hard at work on our upcoming 3DS titles Crash City Mayhem & Devil Survivor: Overclocked both of which have just been submitted to Nintendo, after a number of issues had been fixed. Also Devil Survivor 2 is going through the process with NOE. Details to follow soon.

I got my deluxe edition on monday. The game is sooo much different from the previous 2. but it makes it much better. the gameplay get some getting used to but I find it easier to do. Now if you guys and Aksys could get off your asses and get Agarest: Mariage localized it would make many people happy.
Good to hear Overclocked is coming along nicely - my 3DS is very much in need of some JRPG love atm, as soon as the pre-orders go live my money is yours
Komic NISA still working on getting Sony to approve Digital Retail LE of Black Rock Shooter. Ghost light could maybe get localize right, but they would have to struggle with SCEE and they ain't as easy to work with as SCUS. Also Ghostlight would possible have to censor most of the game, because of the UK Law
Finally some news on the Devil Survivor games! Hopefully DS2 comes out sooner rather than later :) Keep up the good work people!
Good to hear on Devil Survivor!! I can't wait!! On another note, I hope you guys get to release Soul Hackers for PAL regions, as I doubt Atlus will (that is, if the game gets localised!! Which I hope it does!!)
Agarest 2 is much better than I expected, it looked like Cross Edge 2.0 more than anything. I think Agarest Zero has better characters and Cross Edge a better battle system (slightly) but everything else has impressed... EXCEPT the music, its good BUT two of the battle themes have been ripped straight out of Trinity Universe but made worse and one battle and one dungeon theme are straight rips from Hyperdimension Neptunia :P ... you can tell I've become accustomed to Compile Heart JRPGs :D The collectors edition is something else though, absolutely ace and I hope Agarest 2 is not the last PS3 game Ghostlight publishes.
Hey Ross! Since all the pre-orders are now sent out, I was wondering if you have an Official Soundtrack left for me? You said you'd do whatever was in your power to provide me with one, and I hope you will not have to let me down... I hope to hear from you soon, since I am really looked forward to listening to the music (and adding the CD to my collection of Agarest-related stuff) that is part of the amazing Agarest: Generations of War 2. It's nice to hear about the Devil Survivor games, I hope they come out soon ! So my next dreams are an European localisation of Soul Hackers, Etrian odyssey IV and Persona 2 Eternal Punishment as well as a Worldwide release of Shin Megami Tensei 4 in 2013... It's okay if you skip the "worldwide" part and only fulfill the rest though ;-) Keep being great publishers !
Great news on the Devil survivors :) I wonder do you have any news regarding Persona 4 Golden on PS Vita? I would love this to get a UK release as am unsure of importing it.
@Remy My boss is back on Monday so I'll talk to him then. @ShiroiTaka No news at the moment I'm afraid.
Sadly it kinda seems very possible that Golden will go to Zen, which is a shame, really. So importing will probably be the best solution. But hey, if I am wrong and Ghostlight puts out a nice CE I'll gladly double-dip on that one. :D @Ross: Are you thinking of doing a DS:Overclocked/DS2-Bundle? Maybe even a super-über-CE-Bundle? ;)

@bobo What makes you say that Zen will get P4G? Have you heard something? Pretty much they're entire back catalogue is made up of fighters, so it'd seem a bit of an odd move...
Will you guys reprint the agarest 2 collectors edition and special soundtrack? otherwise i will buy the collector edition from one of my local online retailers.

If P4 Golden is published by Zen then I'll be importing for definate, release date? God knows with them! Ross, any update with DDS on PSN or is it looking grim? :(
@Richie No more DDS news yet but hopefully when the emulator is updated that will fix the issue. Fingers crossed anyway.
@Belphegor: With them turning their FB-Page into PersonaEurope, as well as opening PersonaEurope.com it just feels like they opt to publish more than just Arena. But that's just me guessing, let's all hope it ain't so, because Zen are doing a pretty horrible job overall. @Ross: Thanks. And while I'm posting here for the first time I'd like to give another vote for Valkyria Chronicles 3, Persona 2: Batsu and all the other Usual Suspects mentioned in the comments. Can't hurt to mention it. ;)

@Belphegor86: In an interview to jpgames.de, a Zen representative said that fans of Persona, JRPGs and TVs had something other than Arena to look forward to in the following 6 months. @[GL] Ross: Devil Survivor: Overclocked seems to be approaching release. Has anything been decided about putting it on eShop?
If I play Agarest 2 without DLC, then add them during my playtrough, will them be added on a New Game+ ? (especially for Bonus Dungeon and Characters)
I would love to buy Fate/Extra but it's not available on the PSN store here in Australia

Would you consider localizing Persona 4: The Golden (PS Vita) and Devil Survivor: Soul Hackers (3DS)? Please keep up the AMAZING work, you guys are the best!
What's the expected time until the preorders reach Australia? Although it hasn't been 14 days yet (almost), I'm just curious is all.
@Dx It seems to vary quite a bit but I think they should start getting there pretty soon. @Jerom You might be able to find it in a physical store but I think you would need to be fairly lucky. As for online stores I'm not sure which are the best for Spain but I've seen it on Amazon.es, Shopto.net & Play.com @Chris Geisteblitz We've no plans to at the moment but I'll mention it. @Mixobarbaros Not yet.
Ross, do you have any news about a reprint of the agarest 2 CE with soundtrack?
@Drake I'm afraid not. we've been given a very long manufacturing time for the Collector's Edition so it's most likely we'll only stock a Standard edition in the future.
