Devil Survivor Overclocked released this week on eShop

Tue, 8th Oct 2013 | Posted by Ross

Hi everyone.  While the title may have spoiled the surprise somewhat, I’m pleased to be able to tell you that Devil Survivor Overclocked will be released on the 3DS eShop this Thursday, priced at £29.99

In seven days Tokyo will fall.

The entire city has been locked down. No one enters and no one leaves. Demons have invaded the city, attacking innocent people who have no means of fighting back. Inside the lockdown, fear and chaos reign.

You are inside the lockdown. You will forge contracts with demons who will fight by your side. You will make decisions that will mean life for some and death for others. But what about your own life? Will you survive?

Seven days remain. The clock is ticking.

  • One of 2009's best RPGs returns you to Tokyo in the midst of a lockdown.
  • Live to see the brand new 8th Day chapter!
  • Collect and fuse demons to create more powerful creatures.
  • Many possible endings await in this hybrid of traditional and strategy RPG.

In other news, a second batch of Agarest DLC will also be available on Steam from this Thursday, when you’ll be able to get your hands on the following bonuses:

  • Jack Pack - Contains 1 x Mugen's Craw, 1 x Sarnga, 1 x Soul Sucker, 1 x Sanctuary, 1 x Extra Heal, 1 x Resurrection, 1 x HP Up+, and 1 x Resist Ailments+  ($0.99)
  • Magic-Fighter Pack - Contains 1 x Vajra Rod, 1 x Magic Hand, 1 x Madu, 1 x Ymir's Claw, and 1 x Hidden Seeker  ($0.99)
  • Tonight's-Dinner Pack - Contains 1 x Carrot Sword, 1 x Chicken Emblem, 1 x Chicken Ring, 1 x Hiyoko Charm, and 1 x Float  ($1.99)
  • F-Fishy?! Pack 1 - Contains 1 x Marble Beast Claw, 1 x Blood Fang, 1 x Scarlet Claw, 1 x Large Marble Claw, 1 x Large Blood Fang, and 1 x Scarlet Fang  ($0.99)
  • Additional-Points Pack 2 - Contains 100,000G, 5,000EP, 250PP and 500TP  ($1.99)

Speaking of Agarest, I’d just like to remind everyone that the 20% discount is only available until this Thursday.  So, if you’d like to make sure you get your copy for less than the retail price, you can order the game here.

In other Agarest-related news, since before the release of Agarest many of you have been asking for Agarest Steam Trading Cards.  I’m pleased to be able to report that after discussions with Steam we’ll be able to add Trading Cards to Agarest! Our artist is already hard at work creating Trading Cards, badges, emoticons and wallpapers and we’re expecting to be able to add them later this year.

I’ll be back next week, but until then why not follow us on our Twitter and Facebook pages, our Youtube Channel and our  Google + account, where we’ll be posting all the latest news from Ghostlight? You can also follow me on Twitter for a more personal take on all things Ghostlight.
